We had a couple of wonderful hours, the service was very nice and described every course very well, we felt we were in very good hands, the food was delicious and you have to experience it

One of the best addresses in the south of Hamburg! We have already eaten here several times, both a la carte and menu and were very satisfied every time. The quality of the food makes a great impression, everything always looked fresh and of high quality. What you seldom experience (in our opinion) is that the dishes are all very well seasoned (neither too salty nor too bland, for anyone at the table). Also worth mentioning is the great service, always attentive and super friendly. A very clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good gastronomy! Addition: The Corona measures have also been implemented wonderfully here! We have always felt very comfortable and that cannot be said of all restaurants in the area.

Incredibly delicious food. The raspberry ice cream and the cakes with Belgian chocolate are a dream! It was rounded off perfectly by the great service! Despite the mask you could see the service staff smiling, attentive and absolutely focused on the guest's wellbeing.

We finally redeemed our Mydays voucher, the first appointment had fallen victim to the lookdown. The table was lovingly decorated. The 4 courses were delicious and the wine went well. Gladly again.

A year and a half ago I proposed marriage to my girlfriend there. As a married couple we sat at the table again today

I am very enthusiastic. People understood what it means to run a restaurant, serve guests and cook. The menu was excellent, the service couldn't have been better. The restaurant itself has a charming charm, classic and modern but not over the top. From the first second to leaving the restaurant, we felt very comfortable. Whenever we're in Hamburg, we come back. Keep it up, Mr. Scharf and team!

The SCHARF restaurant in Harburg offers a candlelight dinner with MYDAYS experience, which I cannot recommend at all. I had definitely imagined it better and was very disappointed with what was offered to us. There were already problems with the starter because the soup on offer could not be exchanged (allergy sufferers who cannot eat a course will not get a replacement) - a shame - it was not possible to prepare another soup or starter in the kitchen (one would have Certainly able to bring the greeting from the kitchen again, but this has not occurred to either the kitchen or the staff - that is really SAD and an indictment). It would also have been nice if you had at least been full after the menu, only with half a roulade and a little soup as a starter this is very difficult. We will certainly not spend our next CANDEL LIGHT DINNER at SCHARF.

Seldom eaten so well! The service staff is very attentive and extremely professional. If a wine does not appeal, it is immediately replaced by another variety. Exemplary!

We had a very nice evening. Excellent service, great food, very nice ambience ... despite Corona. We will certainly go out to eat here more often.

In principle good cuisine, unfortunately the cook lacked a little courage when seasoning. Herbs, ginger or some chilli would have given the dishes more sophistication / character. Especially with the soup (carrot-coconut-ginger) I would have liked ginger flavor. With the main courses (pikeperch on cream sauerkraut and beef roulade with creamed cabbage) the vegetable side dishes were cooked too long - firm vegetables would be more attractive and more suitable in summer. The roulade was quite sour (vinegar) - maybe the maple syrup was forgotten, which should go with it. The dessert was a simple curd cream with berries and meringue. The wine recommendation and the aperitif were great, the service very friendly and courteous. At a price of € 44.90 I expect more sophistication when it comes to seasoning.

We were able to redeem our Groupon voucher for a 5-course menu here today and were more than thrilled. Very tasty dishes that we can only praise, as well as the Super nice service, friendly, attentive and, because not much was going on, even had time for a nice chat. Nice ambience, all in all highly recommended.

Absolutely and unreservedly recommendable! The (secret?) Tip in Hamburg Haburg, for everyone who loves food. You get a lot for your money and you get very full, which you cannot expect from all restaurants of this caliber. If you are anywhere near, you have to stop here!

We did not know the restaurant and we came across it more or less by accident. How fortunate. Everything just fits together. The service was always very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are of first class quality. We found the "time" between the courses very pleasant. Not too quickly, but also don't have to wait forever for the next dish. In short you feel welcome and we would love to come back.

Classy food but you may have to wait a prettylong time between courses

The workers were really unfriendly. The manager incredibly impolite. I was really shocked about the attitude of the people working there. My boyfriend and me had a reservation of 100 euros already payed and they didn’t let us enjoy our reservation. So please watch out about this if you decide to go... I asked the manager: “can you explain me in English what’s the problem?” He told me directly “go out” in front of all the people having dinner. I don’t think this is the way you treat your clients in a restaurant in any part of the world. It was not enough with this that he went outside with us and continuing to complain in a really bad way. About the food I can’t say anything because like I said we didn’t have the change to try it. But I think if the workers are like this in a place, this place is not good anymore. Is just my opinion. I wouldn’t advice this place at all. There are so many options in the center of Hamburg actually really good. Finally our evening was great in another place. :)

Nice and small restaurant offering good dishes and great service.

We bought the groupon to try out this restaurant on a Friday night. The restaurant itself is nice and small, but very stuffy because all the window and door were closed. We ordered the Schafkäse aus dem Ofen, saisonale Vorspeise und french Bürger plus groupon menu 2kilo shrimps with soup( yeah it's crazy!) So after 20 minutes came the small Gruß aus der Küche, which was a small curry herrings topf. I guess its store bought and the baguette was really dry. The seasonal appetizer was really really nothing special, store bought noodle salat , sun dried tomato , piece feta cheese, sliced salami, store bought ready to eat beetroot slices and boiled potato with some weird sauce.. It costs 9,6€!!!! So waited for another 15 minutes after we were done and The waiter finally cleaned up the table because the whole restaurant just had one server. First came the 2kilo shrimps. I can tell by the look already it was frozen and the quality wasn't that good. It was hard to peel because the shell was sticking on the meat. Tasteless, no season and they cooked it while the shrimps were still frozen. It would costs normally 1kilo shrimps 39€ per person!! The French burger were served with some steak fries which wasn't so bad, the burger meat was also frozen store bought and very dry. 15,6€ was how much it costs. Way too overpriced for the quality and quantity. Weizenbier costs 5,2€ which in other restaurant around costs 4,2-4,6€ Overall, we would not go to this restaurant again because the quality didn't meet up the price, and all the food were really overpriced.
